Unusual clouds in South Yorkshire

Spotted these unusual clouds in South Yorkshire this morning, I believe they are altocumulus undulatus clouds.

They usually form in an area of instability and wind shear.
Basically, there are a series of waves where the clouds are.
Where the air is rising you have a cloud stripe, and where the air is sinking it is clear.
These are also sometimes called billow clouds.
