Just a quick post today, as we made an excellent breakfast this morning and we wanted to share it with you.
As you may know, we invested in a 9 in 1 Ninja Foodi Max a few months ago and it has been invaluable – we barely use our oven now! There are some handy Facebook groups where people share recipes and cooking methods, which is great for getting some inspiration on what to cook.
Cooking Eggs In The Ninja Foodi
Last week in one of the groups we’re in, someone shared boiled eggs in the Ninja so we gave it ago.
Firstly we popped some potato waffles onto the bottom rack of the double rack and put this on air crisp at 200 for 5 minutes. Then we simply took our eggs and put them whole onto the top of the rack and put it all back on for 7 minutes – the result is lovely soft boiled eggs. We might even be tempted to cook them for slightly less time next time, to make them just that bit runnier. You can also cook them for longer if you want hard boiled eggs, for sandwiches and salads for example.
We’ve discovered lots of new recipes thanks to the Ninja Foodi and will try and share more of these for you, to hopefully inspire you too!
If you have any ideas to share, we’d love to hear them!
